The Marketing Analyst is part of The Studio - the largest dedicated real estate marketing agency in the country, which supports Coldwell Banker Realty, the Coldwell Banker brand and its franchises, and special Realogy marketing projects. The Studio is seeking talented marketing analyst who will research and identify ways to build our service offerings and support real estate sales operations and agents by leveraging data, key performance indicators, and analytics to produce data driven decisions. The marketing analyst responsibilities include researching consumer behavior and exploring market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with processing and analyzing marketing data. Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently and we target our audience through successful campaigns and initiatives. Specific job duties include:

  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent

  • Prepare reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable

  • Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns

  • Devise and assess procedures and methods for data collection, including opinion polls, surveys and questionnaires

  • Report on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic and program engagement

  • Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results

  • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)

  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data

  • Work as a remote employee with The Studio leadership marketing teams and maximization of current initiatives and programs, and to identify opportunities for new programs to gain increased market share


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, or a related field preferred

  • Previous experience in market research, financial analytics, or relevant field

  • Expertise in back end campaign tools such as Google Analytics

  • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices

  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel, Access, SharePoint

  • Deep knowledge of data warehousing, and mining, with Strong analytical and critical thinking

  • Demonstrated analytical abilities

Job Summary: The Senior Analyst/Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis role is part of the Corporate Finance team at Realogy. This individual will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, assisting with board of director materials, and ad hoc M&A analyses. Key Responsibilities: * Preparation of the consolidated financial results on a monthly/quarterly basis. * Assist in financial forecasting and ad hoc financial analyses. * Development of pro forma analyses for ad-hoc projects, analytical modeling and M&A initiatives. * Preparation of presentations including Board of Director presentations and investor presentations. * Preparation, development and consolidation of corporate budgets and forecasts (including loading the corporate forecast into Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management). * Participation in business unit follow-up results requests and annual budget reviews. * Liaison with business units for results, analyses and variance explains. * Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley processes. * Additional responsibilities as requested. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree required - Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred * Candidates should have at least 3-4 years of experience working in a similar role. * Experience using Hyperion Financial Management and Oracle. * Strong Excel and Power Point skills * Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
