• Pricing & Promotions- Contractor should have very good skills in managing high quantity of data and apply business requirements to pricing to ensure correct invoicing for specific marketing programs.

In this role, you will…

The Marketing Analyst, Pricing & promotions, is responsible for supporting pricing and promotions programs for North America.

Responsibilities:

Program management and support

• Oversees deployment, management, commercial assessment and delivery of promotional marketing campaigns, inclusive of price changes. The role will extend across the North America region.

• Coordinates the process of reconciliation of pricing and discount, while implementing pricing changes across NA markets

• Ensures integrity and accuracy of NA pricelists and NA Pricing Term & Conditions.

• Formulates and manages the promo and pricing requirements for product and portfolio

• Represents North America business interests and voice of customer on teams working on system change implementations

• Supports in defining user experience requirements, align business requirements, identify areas of impact, and work with project team to ensure robust testing for programs

• Manage cross-functional team efforts to investigate and drive resolution for systems issues that arise for marketing programs

• Interface with Sales team and customers as needed to request and provide updates on issue resolution.

Pricing and promotions support

• Ensure pricing for new products, pricing changes, and discounts are properly reflected in downstream systems for customers, billing, revenue recognition, and discount/loyalty programs

• Point of contact for professional marketing and sales team on new and ongoing promotions

• Collaborate with business owners and implementation team to guide optimal design for newly proposed promotions

• Supports in implementing promotions and pricing changes in Align pricing management system following defined processes, including promotions code configurations

• Perform analysis and modeling to support correct pricing application for promotions, price changes and discounting programs.

• Support price exceptions by performing necessary analysis and performance tracking.

Additional responsibilities

• Ensures the effective fulfilment of objectives and deadlines assigned

• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

In this role, you'll need …

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in marketing or sales operations/IT, with a proven track record of excellent performance

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing/business/IT/Data science

• Pricing experience, to understand the concepts and flows of list prices, discounting, promotions & pricing control environment.

• Pricing system experience, knowledge of pricing system logic,and how to translate business requirements into the system logic.

• Strong project management skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

• Shows initiative, takes action, and maintains ownership

• Creates a collaborative work environment and works well with cross-functional teams

• Uses sound judgment and maintains integrity

• Excellent skills in Excel
