Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Analytics group's analysis efforts around customer targeting, acquisition, and retention; campaign, audience and subscription forecasting, and KPI tracking as Marketing Analytics works in conjunction with broader Finance, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams.

  • Support marketing efforts by collecting, cleaning, and maintaining data tables and data pipelines.

  • Visualize, communicate and present key metrics to various stakeholders across the company.

  • Provide key business insights based on ad-supported listener and subscriber trends, with a focus on campaign/segmentation/cohort

  • Work closely with Finance, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure data hygiene and data tracking requirements are in place.

  • Develop automated and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and models to help guide business decisions.

  • Support ad-supported and subscription business forecasting across current and prospective marketing and product activities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years work experience in a quantitative job OR 2+ years of post-secondary education primary focused on quantitative or computer science coursework OR a combination of both that adds up to 2+ years

  • Proficient in SQL, ideally Hive and Presto syntaxes

  • Power user of at least one of the following:

  • Excel,

  • Google Sheets

  • PowerPoint

  • Google Slides

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • At least two of these four qualifications:

  • Experience with creating dashboards in Tableau or Zeppelin

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Quantitative forecasting experience

  • Qualitative forecasting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with large-scale internet-based content-delivery services

  • Quantitative marketing analytics experience

  • Understanding of basic A/B testing concepts

  • Experience with Airflow

  • Experience with Linux shell, including Cron

  • Experience with R or Python

  • Experience with Apache Spark

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and applications

  • Understanding of lifetime customer value models

The Opportunity To complement our rapid growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Manager for our Home Improvement division to develop product positioning, design marketing campaigns and implement go-to-market strategies to support the growth of the business line. You will be responsible for all Home Improvement related marketing initiatives and work closely with the GM, Sales Team and Product Team. Your day-to-day * Develop and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns including for direct mail, social media, SEO, conferences and tradeshows and publication channels * Prepare annual conference / tradeshow schedule and act as main point of contact for all conference and tradeshow preparation * Support the roll-out of strategic partner programs including custom copy, content and sales collateral development as well as conference support * Develop messaging and market positioning for Mosaic's Home Improvement business (including content and copy development) * Demonstrate ROI for each program and reporting results to C-level executives * Co-develop strategy for contactor education with Sales Team * Track and analyze contractor and customer satisfaction * Conduct market intelligence research * Manage outside agencies contracted to support your day-to-day duties * Work cross-functionally as a part of the Mosaic team to move the company forward * Other duties as assigned What you bring to the team * 5+ years successful B2B and/or product marketing experience * Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective omni-channel marketing campaigns * Deep knowledge of email lifecycle strategies and implementation * Demonstrated success in a product marketing role and developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies for new product roll-outs * Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize * Self-starter and comfortable working as an individual contributor * Analytical and data driven * Demonstrated experience in working in cross-functional teams * Pardot/Salesforce experience required * High integrity Bonus Point * Home Improvement and Consumer Finance Industry experience preferred Why Mosaic As a customer focused and driven-to-win organization, there are many exciting reasons to join the Mosaic team.
