The role will work closely with other members of the marketing and sales organization including the following stakeholders:

  • Campaign Managers

  • Channel Marketing

  • Product and Solutions Content Marketing

  • Field Marketing

  • Channel and Direct Sales

  • Channel and Sales Operations

This role requires knowledge of the following tools or similar (in order of priority):

  • Tableau

  • Google Analytics 360 Suite

  • CMS and Tag management systems

  • Salesforce.com

  • BrightEdge

  • Eloqua

  • Big Query/MySQL

  • Analytics Canvas

The role is responsible for:

  • Creating and managing a regular cadence of metrics and insights across all programs and media including;

  • Reporting and dashboarding (preferably within Tableau) for Email, web, mobile, tele, search, social as well as offline channels such as events and comms

  • Measuring the marketing funnel and sales pipeline to create a view of return on marketing investment

  • Developing actionable insights to improve program effectiveness and inform the strategy and tactics of marketing throughout the marketing waterfall and sales pipeline

  • Working with the global teams and centers of excellence to drive sharing best practice and define the overall analytics strategy to support implementation of effective data collection, data storage and data analytics

  • Developing statistical models (such as digital attribution) to inform program selection and design and working with the Campaign Managers to incorporate these models and outcomes into campaigns

  • Lead Management. Development and management of key reports and dashboards for marketing and sales stakeholders; also overseeing the regional lead management process, the waterfall definitions and data collection and categorization, such as campaign and industry taxonomies and impact on reporting, lead rating and lead evaluation system, etc.

  • Website management for EMEA sites, including (but not restricted to) execution of EMEA web content strategy, management of editorial roadmap, liaising with in-country (product) marketing leads to create and maintain a consistent web presence across all country websites

  • Working with the local and global SEO agencies to monitor and improve our search presence and performance

Work through with DLSS any of the issues presented. * Work with Sales Directors and EVP of Sales and National Accounts to provide direction for commission planning quotas and to track these quotas throughout the year and circulate Quarterly payouts for review and approval. * Build and Maintain Contract Pricing analysis. Allowing for the organization to quickly review new contracts and pricing adjustments * Support the Sales and Marketing management in the planning process, including annual operating plan, strategic and operational planning, forecasting, strategic projects, monthly/quarterly/annual results * Partner directly with Sales and Marketing to align on forecast expectations and drive accountability * Perform in-depth sales, variance, and trending analysis for key profitability drivers and metrics. Interpret results and articulate actionable recommendations to maximize profitability and ensure financial targets are achieved. * Provide visibility to the financial impact of opportunities and risks arising during the quarter and ensure they are incorporated into forecast. * Provide support for in-depth analysis of risk and opportunities, sales performance and business direction * Support the creation of monthly and quarterly presentations focused on the internal operations of Sagent * Direct and administer sales force support functions to maximize time spent by sales team with Sagent customers. * Optimize sales territories for most efficient coverages and maintain sales force zip to territory files for both internal and external consumers. * Provide analytic support and partial sales support for the Urology sales force.
