Marketing Analyst LATAM
Get Inspired by the Work You'll Do
Supports marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials. Assists on the execution of Regional Marketing initiatives. Understands the technologies, products, solutions and architectures we sell, and keeps knowledge current to create communications, formats and presentations to support new and existing programs/initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Supports Marketing Manager on the execution of regional initiatives/events.
Creates marketing content and artworks for events and initiatives.
Learns about the technologies we sell and prepares mailers and brochures.
Will send and track invitations for events, promotions, etc.
Coordinates travel itineraries when required, meetings, coffee breaks, etc.
Reports results of initiatives to the Marketing Manager.
Supports the Vendor Management team with data collection, organization and presentation when needed.
Assists on the translation of contents to local language when needed.
Keeps information collected from events organized and updated.
Keeps databases updated.
Develops formats that allow keeping track of results and information organized in an easier way.
Presents weekly reports of upcoming activities.
Presents Quarterly reports of marketing funds.
Generally supports the marketing manager on her duties.
Your passion is sparked by:
2 +years of working experience within the technology distribution business, vendor, partner, or similar.
Knowledge of information technology related engineering degree with at least 1 year working experience in the marketing field, marketing agencies, marketing internship program, etc.
English and Spanish required
Verbal & Written. Portuguese is a plus.
Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite
Graphic design knowledge's a plus.
Attention to detail is crucial for this position.
