SUMMARY

The Marketing Analyst will pull together end market analyses for tangential/adjacent markets where Carlisle is interested in pursuing strategic growth opportunities such as acquisitions, greenfield expansions, and new product development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be supporting the medical team on the following projects:

  • Collect market intelligence from customers including the competitive landscape and product capabilities

  • Collect market information including market overview, trends, geographic composition and growth opportunities

  • Collect/review quarterly customer financial reports and earning's calls. Summarize information for management review.

  • Establish processes and systems to replicate research initiatives

  • Other exciting projects as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS

The office is an air-conditioned facility; duties may require travel to factories with varying environments that have pieces of equipment that produce heat. The following are potential items encountered in the factories: fumes, dust, noise, hazardous/toxic chemicals. Appropriate training is provided and documented based on factory locations that comply with OSHA and EPA regulations.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Administration, or Marketing, or related field is preferred.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research into applicable related market intelligence

  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and coordinate several projects simultaneously

  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a TEAM

  • Proficient in Office Suites, specifically Excel (or alternative data storage system) & PowerPoint

  • Research skills and curiosity

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
