Job summary

The Analyst will be responsible for maturing our marketing metrics reporting capabilities, owning our testing & optimization roadmap and providing regular insight to all marketing channel leads paid media, social media, email, etc.). The ideal Analyst will have an extensive background in running SQL queries, designing marketing dashboards, driving testing & optimization projects and generating actionable marketing insights.

This position must sit in Seattle, WA. Relocation assistance is not offered for this role. US applicants only.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop our overall metrics and marketing analytics program from 'scrappy startup' to 'robust enterprise'

  • Daily traffic, viewership and engagement reporting and analysis

  • Deeper dive analysis into user site journies, exit paths, entry paths, bounce rates and content engagement

  • Partner with engineering and marketing teams to identify, research, and analyze trends and data using SQL, Excel and other tools

  • Partner with marketing leads to track various channel KPIs and offer actionable insight on how to improve performance

  • Own testing and optimization roadmap for key marketing initiatives and product enhancements

  • Partner with engineering team to identify and control data abnormalities and develop data pipeline

  • Develop data visualization environments (Tableau, QlikView) to deepen our analytical capability and expand team impact


  • 3+ years professional experience in marketing, product, or business analytics
  • 3+ years Integrative thinker who has an intuition and enthusiasm for data, analysis, and insights
  • 3+ years Strong analytical skills, problem solving and financial/business understanding


  • Strong consumer insight and judgment, ability to connect dots across disparate pieces of data and information

  • Strong understanding of performance and analytics with the ability to develop insightful recommendations

  • Significant experience with data-related best practices and methodologies; experience with relational data models, SQL, etc.

  • Previous experience with the BI tool Tableau is a plus

We seek a Sr. Integrated Marketing Lead who will design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs to drive revenue for DevOps software available in AWS Marketplace.</p><p>The Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager must be an expert in formulating customer-centric multi-channel digital campaigns; analyzing data and research to understand digital buying journeys; and running experiments to optimize user experiences, media, messaging, content and conversion rates.
