Bachelors degree in Marketing; Information Systems, or related field is preferred
5+ years of eCommerce experience - strong experience with Project Management, Content Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Web analytics.
Experience working with Education and Marketplace web platforms.
Experience and deep understanding of the Content Development Life Cycle including text/copy, images, videos, pricing, and reviews.
Strong understanding of Digital and product Category Management.
Experience using Project Management software and tools to manage projects including all subtasks, timelines, communication, and progress.
Experience using Website Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture/Adobe Analytics.
Thorough knowledge and experience working within Digital Marketing team including digital strategies, omnichannel best practices, eCommerce technologies, and expertise in page performance analytics and monitoring.
Experience with helping Digital Marketing team to successfully launch concepts and products to a digital audience.
Major Duties / Responsibilities
Must have knowledge of and demonstrated experience using content management software (CMS).
Experience with WordPress is required; experience with Smartsheet, Box, Basecamp, Salesforce and/or Marketo is supported.
Consistently update content tracker and manage content management software
Analyze content usage and value based on consumption by the platform to identify top performers and make strategic recommendations
Directly responsible for auditing and analyzing live content online. Partners with internal and external stakeholders teams to ensure clean, updated, and accurate online content.
Will be responsible for the posting, updating, categorization, and storage of all digital assets to support the team across all swim lanes: direct/channel/MSP. Assist in the development of digital platform KPIs and goals.
Conduct research using secondary research tools.
Develop measurement plans and report across a range of clients demonstrated experience with google analytics a must
Assist with the development and implement tagging strategy for website analytics platforms.
Analyze content usage and value based on consumption by platform to identify top performers and make strategic recommendations on future utilization
Develop collaborative workflows with system stakeholders and end users in order to manage the life cycle of the content
