Summary

Assists in the execution of marketing rebate promotion department activities.

Part Time Temporary Data Entry

What You'll Do

This is a part time temporary. The duration will be approximately March-August 2024. You will be entering data into spreadsheets for our rebate promotion period.

Administrative which include:

Validating sales order numbers Data entry into excel including filtering/ sorting Filing Copying

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma, college degree preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)

• Excel- basic commands and operations - filtering/ sorting

• Ability to follow up with inquiries and requests for information

• Strong organizational, analytical and reasoning skills

• Ability to work independently without close supervision

LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Verbal Communication

• Effective written and oral communication skills

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Strong math skills to process rebates and budgets such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages. Basic spreadsheet formulas.

REASONING ABILITY

• Ability to resolve conflicts with dealers

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

No special Licenses required.
