Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic, innovative Marketing Ad Operations Lead who is an experienced problem solver with an aptitude for tools and business strategy to join the team and help support the use of MarTech tools across lines of business.

The primary objective of this role is to leverage your knowledge of Marketing Technology and interpersonal skills to improve our MarTech stack for all groups that use the tools. You will work with Marketing tactic owners, IT devs & PMs, technology vendors, and senior business managers as you evaluate tool usage, identify gaps in our technical setup, articulate and advocate for recommended improvements, and provide subject matter expertise to help effectuate those recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Manage projects to optimize current tools and evaluate new technologies.

  • Become a subject matter expert for key marketing tools like Invoca, LiveRamp, and Adobe Experience Cloud.

  • Ensure consistency and alignment in the implementation of tools across business units.

  • Manage technology integration testing to ensure data quality and usefulness.

  • Prepare and deliver project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Maintain strong partnerships with marketing, IT, and vendors, and stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Marketing Ad Operations Lead, you will have:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience with Marketing Technology in a B2C context, especially with Invoca, LiveRamp, Google Analytics, and Tag Managers.

  • Experience with online/digital campaign management tools, attribution measurement, data management platforms, and behavior analytics.

  • Ability to articulate complex ideas for easy understanding and decision-making.

  • Experience in media and ad operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.

  • Strong data analysis proficiency to identify trends and optimize campaigns.

  • Proficiency with project management software, reporting tools, and marketing automation software.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow affiliate programs for a DTC brand.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
