Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for supporting Sales or Account Management personnel in the prospecting, acquiring or renewing of business. Responsibilities can include conducting research on inquiries, resolving issues by working across divisions, assisting in gathering information for proposals, maintaining databases, preparing reports and conducting analysis, and assisting or participating in enrollment sessions.

Required

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have State General Agent Insurance License or obtain State General Agent Insurance License within 90 days of starting in the role.

  • Bachelor Degree and 1 year of experience in health insurance/health care field in a service/sales/marketing position involving initiative and decision-making OR 3 years of experience in health insurance/health care field in a service/sales/marketing position involving initiative and decision-making.

  • Organizational and project implementation skills, phone customer service skills, presentation skills.

  • Verbal and written communications skills to interact to interact with internal and external contacts.

  • PC proficiency to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.

  • Willingness and ability for occasional travel.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree.

The Service Technician is fully competent in all Service Technician in Training competencies; and has fulfilled the role of a STiT. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and proven plumbing/mechanical skills with some electrical aptitude, which would be considered an asset. Scope of work includes: installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of FilterBoxx rental equipment fleet. Other responsibilities may also include the operation and service of water, wastewater or process water equipment under the supervision of a Lead Hand, Supervisor or Engineer. Minimum Qualification Requirements: * Experience in oilfield service, plumbing, electrical and mechanical experience to meet the minimum requirement for job classification * Must possess a active and valid Class C driver's license, accompanied with a drivers abstract * Quick learner that demonstrates initiative and is a self starter * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Possess strong working plumbing knowledge * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is required. * Strong problem solving skills * Attention to detail and performs tasks as assigned Preferred Requirements * High School Diploma Responsibilities: * Thoroughly completes and submits Service Tickets accurately and timely, within 24 hours of job completion * Maintains Service Checklists * Prepare Water Sample Paperwork, lab submittals and daily reports as required * Full knowledge of equipment operations, when operating equipment ensure equipment are compliant with Company and ISO guidelines and are in good clean working condition * Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve equipment operation issues * Operates Company vehicles in a responsible manner and conducts pre and post truck and trailer inspections and submits completed reports in a timely manner * Responsible for truck and trailer maintenance as directed * Demonstrate ability to train, direct and supervise junior personnel * Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete and signed off * Responsible for ensuring a strong customer focus and service and maintaining strong client relationships * Rotation in on-call schedule may be required * Maintains and tracks assigned Company tools * Demonstrates excellent cost control skills All full time employees are eligible for Ovivo's generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k match, company paid short term and long term disability, company paid life insurance, and more.
