Market Fixed Operations Manager
Essential Job Functions:
Identify and assist in developing programs and processes that lead to the growth and increased profitability of our parts and service business.
Have a broad view of all aspects of the Camping World business, and represent the company with insights and observations that integrate all business channels.
Create customer satisfaction and retention by assisting in the hiring and development of key team members while creating a parts and service team that truly exceeds customer expectations.
Identify, initiate and conduct training. Ad-hoc, group, on-line training needs identified and reacted to needs quickly and measure and monitor results of training.
Develop a talent bench in markets and individual locations.
Implement and share best practices in our parts and service departments consistently, throughout our organization.
Improve the processes and procedures that are utilized by our parts and service departments day to day.
Assist parts and service leaders in analyzing and standardizing operating and administrative procedures that increase efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and profitability.
Analyze monthly service and parts financial statements and identify areas for improvement with location management.
Stay current with industry trends for parts and service.
Participate in regional meetings as needed.
Ensure customer service is paramount in every location.
Interact with vendors and/or manufacturers as needed.
Interact with customers as needed to resolve concerns as well as understand opportunities to improve.
Assist in acquisitions of new dealerships when and where needed.
Set goals, monitor performance and drive Membership Rewards and service offerings.
Monitor and react to payroll inconsistencies.
Prepare pay plans that align with company goals and expectations.
