The off-road Market Sales Specialist has the responsibility to develop and maintain a profitable customer base for Graco's products by increasing the sales of Industrial Lubrication Equipment within the off-road market segment including mining, construction, forestry, and agriculture. The location preferences for this position are: Atlanta, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Chicago, Des Moines, and St. Louis.

This position supports our Lubrication Equipment Division (LED) in Anoka, MN. At LED, industrial lubrication products are used in wind energy, general manufacturing, construction, and mining industries (Heavy Equipment ). OEM and Key Account Management
Identify, analyze, and prioritize target OEM sales opportunities within the assigned market segment(s).
Develop and execute strategies for target OEM accounts and manage the OEM relationship from platform specification to commercialization.
Develop working relationships with regional sales teams, and understand their initiatives and market needs relevant to the assigned market segment(s)
Travel to develop and support OEM sales cycles.
Provide ongoing service and support of OEM customers as needed.
Work closely with Marketing to gather competitive product market intelligence and help implement winning strategies.
Identify market focused products/technologies/services needed to meet the industry needs.
Work jointly with Marketing and Engineering to execute OEM specific development projects
Must be able to work independently and with the team to bring forward innovative product ideas, process changes and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement annual and long-term plans to support identified business strategies and penetrate strategic accounts.
Define channel, sales, and service needs of the customer and implement applicable strategies to see these through the LED teams.
Work with Channel Marketing to identify and develop marketing collateral and sales tools to support sales through OEM channels.
Responsible for managing expenses to budget

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent related experience
2 to 5 years sales experience including OEM account management (Fluid Power experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence all levels of an organization
Demonstrates leadership ability
Ability to facilitate many strategic projects at one time
Demonstrates skills in planning, prioritizing, problem solving and decision-making
Effective oral and written communication skills, along with excellent presentation skills
Strong technical aptitude towards electro/mechanical devices and products
Experience with heavy mobile equipment or off-road, mining, construction, forestry, agriculture preferred
Proficiency with CRMs, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint or equivalent
Willing to travel up to 50% domestically, with the potential for international travel as needed.
