About This Position

This position is critical to the success of our sales team and will give you the opportunity to progress with a career in sales. We are looking for an ideal team player to respond to inbound leads. Someone who has a strong work ethic, enjoys working with lots of people (our team is one of the biggest in the company), and has a positive can-do attitude would be a great fit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to all inbound leads

  • Deliver quick response time to inbound leads

  • Call new inbound web leads within 5 minutes throughout business hours

  • Gather necessary information to qualify leads

  • Distribute qualified leads to Sales Advisors

  • Answer questions from potential clients

  • Maintain an average of 50+ calls daily

  • Enter detailed call notes into Salesforce

Inside Sales Territory * Drive and grow incremental sales within region and accounts for transactionally focused business and support for solutions. * Sales Support / Efficiency / Business Process Excellence * Provides technical, commercial and quotation support for PowerLogic products and services to PowerLogic Outside Sales, Schneider Electric Field Offices, Distributors and external customers. * Engages in consultative sales activity in determining which product or solution best meets the customer's needs while. In addition, contacts outside Sales team as appropriate to further develop and close the opportunity. * Leads qualification through identifying opportunity and moving sales objectives through the sales process * Delivers on quarterly defined performance objectives * Provides shared responsibility for holiday, back-up and overflow coverage for Sales Support team * Recurring Revenue * Promotes and drives the sale of identified products and initiatives including accessories, services, premium support and training * Participates in targeted calling campaigns following structured sales call outlines focusing on re-occurring revenue opportunities within the US install base. * Sales Excellence * Delivers training to Field Offices and Distributors regarding the PowerLogic Sales team * Provides tour of the Nashville Hub and product demos for customer visits * CRM Adoption * Accurately enter account information and opportunities in our CRM system * Support outside sales with CRM needs * Act as expert on the CRM process and drive adoption across the sales team.
