This Market HR Manager position is an in-training role. After a suitable period for training has elapsed (not longer than 180 days), you will be expected to compete for a Market HR Manager position within the area. Relocation within the area is required.
Bachelor's degree in an Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and 2 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Specialist supporting a multi-unit/multi-business environment OR 3 years' Walmart management experience with 2 years' experience supervising other salaried managers.
2 years experience in retail, hospitality, service, or related field.
Master's Degree in a Human Resources related field (for example, Industrial Relations).
