The Market Director will create and execute growth strategies in the market areas. Through leadership, the Market Director will be the face of the local markets along with managing external relations and other development opportunities/issues proactively. The Market Director will own responsibility for sales, marketing, customer experience, business development, community relations and external vendors in the markets by working cross-functionally.The Market Director is accountable to make progress on several key performance indicators for the company (KPIs).Duties:
  • Recruit, hire, manage and develop a group of business professionals.
  • Work with local government, continue to build solid relationships.
  • Assist with obtaining permits for construction and any other issues that arise from construction efforts.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company in the market.Coordinate and create alignment with other departments for new initiatives, tools, resources, goal setting and reports.
  • Manage sales and marketing initiatives that lead to customer and market growth for subscribers, penetration, ARPU and gross margins.
  • Manage a large subscriber market with high cash flow, high growth and newly launched areas that require different leadership by area type.
  • Provide thought leadership for Market Managers across companys footprint to ensure professional and business growth within their respective markets.
  • Develop plans by evaluating market conditions and opportunities.
  • Evaluatemarket performance by reviewing sales results; recommend sales strategies and objectives for performance improvements in local markets.
  • Develop new business programs to meet revenue goals.
  • Prioritize growth capital expenditures to align with the sales and marketing strategy for the market.
  • Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans.
  • Directs and coordinates product or service offering promotions, develops new markets, increases market share, and achieves competitive position in the industry.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with corporate marketing strategy.
  • Accomplishes sales objectives, unit growth, and gets results.
  • Work with marketing and sales to ensure maximum customer growth, retention, and service.
  • Builds company image while collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and associates, enforcing ethical business practices.
  • Assists in directing sales channelto maximize efficiency in the market.
  • Creates an excellent work environment for employees as well as customer and community goodwill.
  • Field services, construction, store front, DTD sales, events coordinator - all dotted line to Market Director.

Requirements:
  • 10 years of industry experience: prior sales & marketing or management experience in the telecommunications industry preferred
  • Solid understanding of budgets and the ability to apply knowledge of concepts to forecasting growth and executing sales plans
  • Ability to work local governments and represent the company at any meetings
  • Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal skills along with strong work ethic
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and outside the organization
  • Customer service oriented with a passion for great customer experience, willing to achieve operational excellence
  • Ability to analyze and define problems, prioritize workflow, meet deadlines and remain flexible
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment, supports and explains reasoning for decisions, includes appropriate people in decision-making process and makes timely decisions.

JOB SUMMARY The Dir, PA Market is responsible for Conifer's Patient Access day-to-day operating activities. This role is responsible for meeting all goals set for the operations and has total control of the operations to meet these goals. The Operations leader responsibilities include delivery of * Client Service Level Agreements (SLA) * Operating goals, set by the Patient Access Process group that drive SLA * patient and account cycle time and productivity standards * process quality and accuracy * adherence to process standards * Relative cost management metrics goals * expense, cost and margin control * monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Others may be assigned. * Responsible for directing and executing business processes including monitoring and achieving client Service Level Agreements and all supporting process metrics at each hospital of responsibility. Responsible for the overall cycle time, work product accuracy including quality monitoring metrics, productivity, and associated process metrics. Works daily with his/her direct reports to execute against plans. * Supports the establishment of hospital budgets and ensures and manages human resource utilization at all levels. Analyzes monthly P & L's to ensure positive EBIT performance. * Ensures regional leadership is aware of any hospital specific initiatives impacting Patient Access. Manages all aspects of change management as it relates to operational processes, driving process metrics, staffing and employee relations, etc. * Able to leverage skills to other hospitals outside of his/her direct responsibility as needed to help assess and execute operationally as needed to support peers. * Ensures adherence to all standardized processes and is ensures he/she is viewed as an effective support partner to both his/her direct and indirect reports and clients. Work collaboratively within business units to ensure organizational goals are achieved. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (Specify Revenue/Budget/Expense): Approximately $4-$5 million per market.
