You will be part of the primary outbound lead generation team and the first point of sales contact for all inbound leads from formal marketing campaigns and website activity (forms, downloads, etc.). Before campaigns begin, you will be expertly trained on the tools we use to facilitate and record activity and the company's products to understand the value they bring to prospects. For outbound campaigns you will be armed with the required collateral, scripts, talk track and appropriate next steps to drive leads down in the funnel. When leads arrive inbound, you will be ready to engage with the appropriate discovery questions to understand the customer's specific requirements. You will apply your communication skills and curiosity to get conversational engagement underway and will document your progress in Salesforce CRM. As you engage and become a trusted advisor, your goal is to understand the business use cases and technical challenges involved in the prospects IoT or EOS environment.
