Summary

Hospital Sisters Health System is looking for a Market Chief Nursing Officer to lead our Wisconsin Market. The market structure includes four Wisconsin based HSHS hospitals and is based at HSHS St. Vincent's Hospital in Green Bay, WI. This role is responsible for all day to day nursing responsibilities at HSHS St. Vincent's as well as overall market nursing oversight. This role reports directly to the HSHS Wisconsin Market President & CEO.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned CNO that is confident managing in a matrix environment with proven success in a hospital setting with quality and safety, throughput, and nursing leadership development. The ideal candidate is also comfortable working in a dyad partnership with the Market CMO along with overall physician relations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business, nursing or healthcare administration or a related field is required.

  • 3 years of chief nursing leadership experience is required.

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.

  • 83 beds

  • 4K admissions annually

  • 6000 surgical cases annually

  • St Clare Memorial Hospital:

  • 22 beds

  • 700 surgical cases annually

Qualifications

Education

Master's degree in business, nursing or healthcare administration or a related field is required.

Experience

3 years of chief nursing leadership experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.

Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
