Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our Marine team in Kennesaw, GA. The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the analysis of the data generated by the flow of MRP Products into our system, while supporting the efforts to maintain competitiveness while achieving financial targets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collect, compile, verify and analyze supply chain management statistical data on materials planning and control, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution of Marine Rigging, Parts, and Accessories (MRP&A) Products.

  • Advise Marine Operations, Dealer and OEM Sales Divisions of problems and significant variances between existing forecasts and actual usage.

  • Develop, create, and lead presentations to management concerning (MRP&A) Supply Chain.

  • Prepare monthly reports for distribution to management globally.

  • Lead new MRP&A projects as assigned.

  • Provide MRP data and analysis to other teams within Yamaha - In the USA and in Japan.

  • Work with Yamaha Information Services Division (ISD) to pursue new ways of collecting, analyzing, and distributing data pertaining to MRP&A Products.

What you need to be successful:

  • Must have a passion for the outdoors and Yamaha Products.

  • BA / BS degree in business or a related field of study is preferred.

  • Consideration given for 2-3 years of equivalent experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint).

  • SAP Experience is preferred.

  • SAP Analytics Cloud experience a plus.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be able to manage workload effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

  • Must be decisive, thorough and detail oriented.

  • Must be able to travel with minimal notice.

  • Must perform all other duties outstandingly and consistent with guidelines, as assigned.
