POSITION PROFILE

Provides operations functions in a fulfillment center for one or more of the following areas: operates high volume printing equipment (segment 5) to produce large volume print jobs on a previously calibrated machine, performs associated copying tasks, ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage. Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment. May also perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, and reception, etc. May performs various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Runs high volume printing equipment, which may include high production in a mechanically sophisticated print environment and performs binding and finishing work.

  • Has the ability to setup and run all applications on all equipment.

  • Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems.

  • Performs all repair service on customer copier equipment.

  • Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.

  • Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.

  • Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains some billing logs.

  • Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer.

  • May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests.

  • Delivers completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations within and outside of the site.

  • Maintains daily meter and service logs.

  • May travel between customer's buildings.

  • Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests.

  • Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked.

  • Performs duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials.

  • May perform meeting room and conference room set ups.

  • May perform building occupant moves within assigned facilities.

  • May perform re-lamping and light maintenance duties as assigned.

  • May perform occasional cleaning duties as needed.

  • May require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.

  • Uses shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, stackers, electric stapler and scales in completion of various jobs contracted.

  • Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter and some PC.

  • Performs filing duties, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • Requires high school diploma or GED and2-3 years of related work experience.

  • Some related copy job experience, preferably in a high production, mechanically sophisticated print environment, is preferred.

  • Requires valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per policy.

  • Requires ability to learn complex production and/or communication systems, such as client-specific mainframe applications.

The Internet of Things (IoT) Device Experience Team is responsible for the global relationship management and sales performance of more than 8,000 OEMs that are designing and selling many of the most exciting and widely used devices such as Point Of Service, Self Service Kiosks, Digital Signage, ATMs, GPS/PNDs, Industrial PCs and even wearable and other emerging IoT device categories. Sales ecosystem include silicon providers, ODM's, Value Added resellers, system integrators, independent service vendors, service provider as well as OEMs. Our mission is to accelerate and scale the repeatable device-to-cloud solutions with the device ecosystem partners globally. The IoT Principal Solution Specialist is front and center in our partner's digital transformation using Azure-based cloud solution and will drive the CDS Services Sales attach motion & Azure IoT Solution Sales. You will partner closely with the strategic CDS partners and key stakeholders in the Microsoft field sales, partner organizations. and product groups in driving platform and service reference for OEMs, and ultimately driving CDS Azure services consumption * 5+ years of sales management and / or technical sales experience with a track record in high tech industry * 3+ years of experience selling cloud solutions to senior business decision makers. * Experience selling IoT solutions preferred * Undergraduate degree or Master's/ MBA degree preferred Self-starter * Strong, proven track record of consistently achieving/exceeding quota using a consultative/solution selling approach, focused on solving enterprise customer problems with Line of Business solutions. * Executive maturity and business acumen * Experience engaging C-level executives * Knowledgeable and experience in enterprise and solution selling * Knowledge of Microsoft's products & sales models. * Technical sales background with strong business acumen and deep understanding of Microsoft field sales motion. * Experience and knowledge of the cloud services and IoT Azure-related sales experience with proven track record of driving cloud solution deployment and consumption preferred * Technical knowledge of PaaS, SaaS and IaaS is preferred * Excellent sales management from pipeline management as well as the ability to improve the sales process * Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and to drive influence in a matrixed environment with partners * Strong strategic skills including ability to quickly understand issues, scope requirements, drive viewpoints and support across divisions, map out the plan for success and implement * Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. * Strong analytical skills to (1) identify market opportunities, (2) quantify results and (3) execute on COE plans. * Data-driven, independent thinker who can operate within a broad framework. * Experience in problem solving leveraging internal and partner resources where and when needed to do what's right for the customer and for the organization. * Experience with professional services engagements. * Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, planning and leadership competencies * Passionate about partners and customers. * Professional Training and Certification preferred: Sales and partner management, complex sales training (e.g., Challenger Sales, Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Holden, etc.), and sales methodologies (equivalent to MSP). Support the channel ecosystem owner in recruiting and activating regional partner ecosystem to drive IoT sales. * (35%) Opportunity Management: Drive the regional Azure services pipeline for Azure IoT. Accurately forecast Azure opportunities with enterprise sales team and one commercial partner teams. Drive POCs and pilots for Azure Services across this ecosystem. Work with partners to build a plan to increase sales of Azure services. Support partners and channel executives with registered designs to maximize results and return on investment and qualify engagements to drive the sales. Orchestrate internal alignment and pipeline reviews with CDS channel executives and respective ecosystem partners to ensure the growth of solution pipeline. * (20%) Organization Leadership: Lead a virtual team of technical, marketing, partner and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed quarterly Azure revenue and usage/consumption targets in their region. Establish close alignment with MSFT segments teams across the region to generate leads on the IoT device-to-cloud solutions, advocate partners, and provide feedback to Corp teams and Regional IoT cross segments.
