Deveruex Children's Behavioral Health Services is currently seeking a second shift Program Supervisor to work 3:00pm to 11:00pm at the Mapleton Program, which is located in Malvern, PA. This program provides services to females, up to the age of 18 years, with an array of mental health, emotional and behavioral disorders.

Devereux Mapleton Programs provides psychiatric residential treatment and education services for children and adolescent females who experience behavioral and psychiatric challenges, often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives. A primary focus throughout the program is the philosophy of Program-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PW-PBIS), a program-wide system of care that promotes and rewards positive behaviors, and prevents negative behaviors, to create safe, supportive living environments.

Located in Malvern, PA this position is responsible to plan and implement residential program services for assigned clients. Assists in providing supervision of clients in program activities and leisure time, on and off facility grounds.

Maintains a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program clients. Provides leadership, guidance and support to staff in assigned program.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services, which includes sociology, psychology, criminal justice, etc. AND one (3) years of human service experience with at least (1) year as a Supervisor.

Additionally, you must be able to complete eight days of new hire orientation class, have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs and possess a valid license.

Physical Requirements:
Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing.

Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more. Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision. Occasional use of computers and office equipment.

Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes. Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
