Position Summary

Catalent is hiring a Manufacturing Training Lead to join our growing Inspection team in Bloomington, IN. This is a 1st shift position.

Catalent's Bloomington location provides drug substance manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, and related pharmaceutical services. This award-winning facility helps customers accelerate biologic drug development programs and bring better treatments to help patients live better, healthier lives.

A Manufacturing Training Lead will serve as a proven subject matter expert within the manufacturing area with advanced training, coordination, and communication skills.

The Role

  • Creates training program for new employees within core group

  • Updates and maintains training program as procedures evolve and continuous improvement ideas are implemented

  • Primary trainer for operators and associates within the core group

  • Evaluate associates' training to identify any gaps or areas for improvement

The Candidate

  • High School/GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience of direct pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or equivalent leadership experience
  • GMP experience preferred

These operational tasks must be completed in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Operators must work effectively in a team environment to achieve company goals and must adhere to all company compliance, safety, and attendance requirements.
