DuPont has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Manufacturing Technology Engineer in the Electronics & Imaging, Semiconductor Technologies, Lithography Technologies, Development Engineering group located in Marlborough, MA.

The candidate will be responsible for product scale up to support microlithographic product development, product manufacturing, and process improvement. The candidate will be expected to conduct independent research, maximizing the use of the scientific and professional literature, and to document their research in technical reports.

The candidate will collaborate seamlessly with Global R&D and Engineering organization, suppliers, quality team and manufacturing team to identify and implement improvements, as well as with analytical scientists to conduct in-depth testing of materials and to communicate learnings across organizations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Position in Marlborough, MA, Development Engineering Group

• Designing new equipment or operational procedures

• Gathering data and compiling reports to enable capital execution

• Collaborate seamlessly with R&D, capital engineering, and site leadership

• Share learnings across organizations.

Your Qualification profile:

• BS/MS in Chemical Engineering or related field

• Position in Marlborough, MA

• 5 years of work experience is preferred

• A team player. Must work well in multi-disciplinary, cross-geographic team.

• Basic to Working knowledge of lithographic formulation manufacturing.

• Flexible with respect to assignments and tasks.

• Experience in the formulation manufacturing equipment

• Experience with high volume (HVM) manufacturing and HVM equipment

• Able to develop and implement project plan.

• Able to lead cross-functional teams

• Self-motivated and driven to succeed

• Eager to learn new skills on fast time scales

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Good oral and written communications skills

• Internal 14 - 16

• Familiarity with SAP, JMP, Six Sigma DMAIC or Design is a plus, but not 100% necessary
