About The Team:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting robotic catheters according to MPI's. This position requires attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow written instructions. The Manufacturing Technician must also possess a strong understanding of medical device regulations, quality standards, and meet daily output goals.
A Day In The Life Of Our Manufacturing Technician:
Follow MPI's to ensure accurate assembly of robotic catheters with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Comfortable with common test equipment such as multimeters and or specialized test equipment.
Able to use adhesive applicators and UV curing equipment while adhering to safety protocols
Ensure accurate recording of assembly and testing data while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the proper filing and maintenance of LHRs.
Perform common catheter assembly processes such as assembling small parts, soldering of small wires, and guiding long wires under a microscope.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues with production supervisors and engineers as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work area according to line clearance procedures.
Ensure that all work complies with applicable regulations and quality standards
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production and yield goals
Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain knowledge of new products, techniques, and regulations
Working in a regulated environment in compliance to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820
Shift schedule: Monday - Thursday: 5:00am-3:30pm pm
About You:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
English language proficiency required
Knowledge of working Microsoft office and other PC software
Technical Assembler requires at least 3 years of relevant experience
Senior Technical Assembler requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and knowledge of most of the assembly equipment.
Knowledge of GMP, Line clearance experience required
Able to assemble small parts under a microscope
Able to perform simple troubleshooting and provide information to production manager and engineers to assist root cause analysis for nonconformance required
Experience working a regulated clean room environment in compliance to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 required
Laser welding experience, through holder soldering, and surface mount soldering is a plus.
