Manufacturing Technician I 3rd shift

Job Description:

The Role:

Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a manufacturing Technician I to join our team. This will be on 3rd Shift and be working with other team players in our Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) department where we use various gases to coat products.

What You'll Do:

• Inspecting and setting up parts for coating

• Perform tool refreshes per run schedules.

• Fixture and de-fixture various parts for the coating tool

• Help clean blasted fixtures for the tool refresh.

What We Seek:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Minimum of a year of manufacturing experience (Machine operation, a plus)

• Able to work 2nd Shift for first three months before moving to 3rd shift

• Able to work around chemicals (FeCl, HCL, IPA and Acetone)

• Fluency in English is required

• Overtime Availability

• Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost the entire shift

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Machine operation experience

• Cleanroom work experience

• Flexibility to be trained and cross-trained

• Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine etc)
