We are currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Support Technician to join this dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of technology for a better future.

General Summary:

As a Manufacturing Support Technician, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of microelectronic equipment and processes. Your responsibilities will include setup, calibration, maintenance, and operation of equipment, as well as collaborating with engineers to enhance product and process flows.

Essential Job Functions:

• Setup, maintain, and operate microelectronic assembly equipment.

• Implement company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.

• Collaborate with engineers and the team to optimize processes to meet yield and cycle time requirements.

• Collect and evaluate operating data, making on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.

• Assist engineers in conducting experiments, performing rework, and conducting quality testing related to production.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train employees on equipment operation and processes.

• Write basic specifications and training documentation.

Preparation, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Associates degree in a technical field or a minimum of 3 years of related electronic/semiconductor assembly experience.

• Basic computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work meticulously.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

Social/Environmental Requirements:

• Work in multiple production areas, including those where chemical and analytic equipment are utilized.

• Visual acuity and color perception required, especially within microscope work.

• Ability to discern between high-quality standard parts and those with marginal quality.

Physical Requirements:

• Medium levels of physical work, occasionally exerting force or moving items up to 100 lbs.

• Frequent walking through manufacturing areas and standing for extended periods on hard surfaces.

• Flexibility to twist, bend, and manipulate small tools and parts.

• Proficiency in using keyboards and computer interfaces.
