Manufacturing Supervisor

What will you do?

• Ensures achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost - quality - lead time

• Organizes the training needs of teams

• Contributes to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports

• Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being

What qualifications will make you successful?

• "Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education"

• Knowledge of industrial electronics repair (PCBA, Digital Energy, Process Drives)

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
