Manufacturing Specialist I/Ii

Who we are looking for:

Vor Bio is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist I/II who is an enthusiastic and driven individual for cGMP manufacturing for early phase cell therapy manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for providing support and executing in the manufacturing of Vor's gene-edited cell therapies and maintaining compliance of cGMPs in manufacturing areas.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Supports/performs cleanroom operations, including reviewing and tracking of equipment records for PM/calibration, cleanroom cleaning and maintenance

• Work with Quality and MSAT groups to support the transfer and execution of manufacturing processes in the internal manufacturing site

• Strict adherence to current good manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation

• Establish and follow written procedures for clear and accurate documentation of equipment operation, process instructions and process data

• Contributes to on-going continuous improvement projects

• Other duties and projects as needed to support departmental needs

Skills and requirements:

• BS or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field
• 1 - 5 years of experience in cGMP manufacturing with hands-on experience in cell therapy production and aseptic manufacturing technique preferred
