Manufacturing Services Production Leader (Afternoon Shift)

As a Manufacturing Services Leader with Rolls-Royce, you'll work closely with the Manufacturing facility and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure the delivery of both current and future customer quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage a team of hourly skilled trades persons to execute daily preventative and corrective maintenance task.

  • Coordinate key priorities with day shift Mfg Services Leaders to provide continuous operational support and maximizing machine uptime.

  • Ensure that all Manufacturing Services personnel and other reports are appropriately resourced, trained and developed using company standard processes

  • Work closely with the Manufacturing facility, Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure tooling and fixtures are fit for purpose

  • Make certain that Manufacturing Services area comply to the latest HS&E standards and business requirements including fulfilling specific roles such as Responsible Person (RP) for specific activities

  • Interpersonal skills/ influencing: Drives to remove barriers on the path to achieve minimum standard

Basic Requirements:

  • An Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment OR;

  • A Bachelor`s degree with 2+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment OR;

  • A Master's degree OR;

  • JD/PhD OR;

  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment

  • In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen
