Manufacturing Senior Manager

Piper Companies is looking for a Manufacturing Senior Manager to join a biotech company that develops bioengineered organs located in Eden Prairie, MN. The Manufacturing Senior Manager will oversee the cell isolation and cell manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Senior Manager include:

• Manage a team of manufacturing technicians to perform large-scale cell production

• Develop and streamline cell culture protocols

• Provide cross-training on cell isolations and cell culture

• Manage equipment, personnel, and material schedule and logistics related to cell culture activities

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Senior Manager include:

• 6+ years of experience working with human cells

• Previous experience as a manager overseeing multiple people

• Experience working with flasks and IPSCs

• Bachelors, Master's, or PhD in biomedical sciences, cell biology, tissue engineering, or a related discipline

Compensation for the Manufacturing Senior Manager includes:

• Salary Range: $135,000 - 165,000 depending on experience
