Manufacturing Project Manager

Job Summary:

Wisenbaker Builder Services is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee cabinet manufacturing projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will be responsible for aligning project goals, developing technical specifications, managing schedules, and ensuring quality, cost-efficient delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Align project goals with initial design concepts and implement requirements.

• Develop technical specifications and CAD drawings for manufacturing processes.

• Define project planning and capitalize on resources effectively.

• Conduct equipment ROI analysis for acceptable OEE standards.

• Implement efficient manufacturing processes to maximize productivity.

• Conduct time studies and cost analyses to improve product quality.

• Manage project schedules, deadlines, responsibilities, and monitor progress.

• Prepare requests for quotations, evaluate proposals, and document processes.

• Validate implemented processes with necessary requirements and standards.

• Act as the primary contact for problem resolution and technical guidance.

• Work closely with Cabinet Manufacturing teams to lead projects effectively.

• Serve as a communication bridge between departments and upper management.

• Coordinate activities with internal and external suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management with a proven track record of success.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related role.

• Knowledge of the cabinet manufacturing industry is advantageous.
