Raytheon Technologies is seeking a successful candidate to oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing programs and services as liaison between project management, operations, planning, program team, functional organizations and management.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer requirements and satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring program progress and for interventions and problem solving with program managers, operations managers, and customers.
Constantly communicates and provides status and updates on program progress and performance as it relates to cost, quality and schedule.
Works closely with operations, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, finance and management, and the customer both internal and external.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position will require the ability to access U.S. only data systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience along with solid written and verbal communication skill
Demonstrated customer relationship building and collaboration abilities
Strong team building skills to allow collaboration with teams to achieve common goals
Proven ability managing the execution of programs/projects
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Results oriented person as demonstrated through prior work performance and education
Understanding of product structures, work breakdown and manufacturing process
Prior manufacturing experience in fabrication, repair and/or maintenance environment
Proven ability managing the execution of programs/projects in a gov't contractor environment ideally similar to Raytheon Technologies
Vendor/supplier management experience; proven experience managing to cost/schedule/performance environment

Additional Information:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
Relocation is not available
The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
