IPG Photonics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our growing IT team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-tech manufacturing company. You will be the main point of contact for inquiries and requests related to our ERP and manufacturing systems, as well as the development of new functionality. The ideal candidate is a diligent, hardworking individual who can learn new systems and processes rapidly, can work with little supervision, and is capable of delivering outstanding work at all times.

Duties

• Actively participate within Operation teams to implement and train end users on the Production DB.

• Directly assist manufacturing and production teams in designing, developing, and implementing production processes, models, and products.

• Work with the Production DB development team to continuously improve and deploy new features and functionality to operations.

• Serve as the lead representing IPGP Production DB as part of the global deployment initiative.

• Author and update Standard Operating procedures and other documentation as required.

• Responsible for setup and administration of user accounts, new products, and model releases.

• Perform formal problem-solving real-time troubleshooting efforts.

• Escalate unresolved issues/questions.

• Support product upgrades and projects, including active engagement in the testing of new features and functionality.

• Coordinate and assist with end-user training including development of system documentation and training materials.

• Develop ongoing reports needed by the business to improve information and decision-making.

• Support SOX audits.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ERP and Operations

• Experience working in manufacturing environment and business system analysis

• Experience with MS Dynamics NAV 2017 or Equivalent ERP

• Experience providing support in a manufacturing environment, including processes, systems, and terminology

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to or Experience with .NET development environments

• Exposure to or Experience with MS SQL, and SSRS

• Ability to solve practical problems

• Ability to speak Russian

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22C.F.R. §120.15 are required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee. License exception Technology and software under restriction (TSR) defined in 15 CFR 740.6 may permit person from Country Group B.
