Manufacturing & Production Positions

SenesTech, Inc. is recruiting applicants who have experience in production, machine operations, construction, machine design, manufacturing, industrial environments and production support positions.

Entry Level Technicians/Specialists are responsible for packaging finished goods, operating machines, moving incoming and outgoing freight, processing daily orders, operating forklifts, shipping products accurately, receiving incoming products on pallets and in boxes, and ensuring that production is tidy, clean and safe.

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Have a mechanical aptitude, strong mechanical abilities, and basic math skills
  • Basic data entry experience.
  • Work in a warehouse environment. May be subject to varying temperatures.
  • Must have organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on training and logic.
  • Good communication skill; written and oral.

This is a safety sensitive positions. All applicants should be willing to submit to both a drug screen and background check.

Position Title: Special Education Paraprofessional Department/Section: Elementary School Supervisor: Building Principal Pay Grade: 5 or 6, dependent on specific position offered. Change of hourly rates effective July 1, 2018. Hourly Rate: $12.43 - $13.02/hour (depending on experience) for Grade 5 $12.99 - $13.63/hour (depending on experience) for Grade 6 Schedule: * Most positions range from 27.5 - 31.75 hours per week, Monday - Friday, daily hours to be determined. * Part-time positions in special needs preschools are also available at 9 hours/week, Monday - Friday, daily hours to be determined. * Applicant preferences regarding location and hours/week will be discussed during interviews. Benefits: Positions of 20 hours/week or more qualify for Arizona State Retirement Benefits. Positions of 30 hours/week or more qualify for the full FUSD retirement/insurance benefit package. TYPICAL TASKS: * Support students with disabilities in the general education or specialized program setting. * Assist in the implementation of the Individual Education Plan (IEP) for the student(s). * May assist with activities of daily living, including eating/feeding, grooming, dressing, use of assistive technology/devices, mobility, toileting, transfers, and positioning. (Be sure to indicate preferences in your application.) * May assist students who have behavioral challenges. * Ensure the safety of student(s). * Monitor student(s) on field trips in the community. * Assist teacher with the preparation of teaching materials. TRAINING: * Proof of First Aid/CPR certification is required within the first four (4) weeks of employment. If a copy of certification is not provided within this timeframe, paraprofessional will no longer meet the minimal qualifications of the position, which will be considered a voluntary resignation. * Mandatory specialized training, including Crisis Prevention Intervention, use of assistive technology/devices, etc., will be provided after hire. QUALIFICATIONS: * Candidate must meet NCLB qualifications of 60 post-secondary hours of college coursework, or a minimum of an AA Degree (or higher), or meet the minimum score required on an Arizona Department of Education approved test. (The FUSD Family Resource Center administers the parapro test. Please call 928.774.1103 for more information and to schedule a testing time.) In addition, please attach documentation to your application (transcripts, copy of degree, or copy of parapro assessment score) verifying that you meet the NCLB requirement listed above. * High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
