Your day to day as a Manufacturing Production Associate

As a new Manufacturing Production Associate at Far Bank Enterprises, you can expect a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Depending on the specific area, you may be assigned to 1st Shift

• Rods Production from 4am to 2:30pm, 1st Shift

• Blanks Production from 5am to 3:30pm, 2nd Shift

• Rods Production from 2:45pm to 1:15am, or 2nd Shift

• Blanks Production from 1:30pm to 12am. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating machinery, quality control inspections, and collaborating with team members to ensure production goals are met.

What we're looking for in a Manufacturing Production Associate

To thrive as a Manufacturing Production Associate at Far Bank Enterprises, you'll need to be a patient learner with a keen eye for detail. Experience in operating manufacturing machinery and performing quality control checks is a plus, but we're happy to train enthusiastic individuals who are excited to learn.
