Manufacturing Process Trainer

Join a team that supports human relations to deliver training to new and current employees for our business. You will provide site tours and coordinate Kaizen events, business events and celebrations. You will receive and maintain personnel records as well as deliver practical training to new employees to facilitate the onboarding process. You will also support the continuation of training for existing employees by delivering training. You will help develop and maintain Honeywell Operating System processes in all phases of deployment to provide continuous improvement of operational requirements and customer satisfactions.

Create training plans and development opportunities for employees across all levels of the organization.
Own the site's overall Learning Strategy to support successful and sustainable HOS OTC processes which directly drive business results
Identify target competency levels to achieve the site's future state, perform skills assessment and develop plans to address gaps for all roles
Perform hands-on foundation training for all newly hired employees & oversee training progression/certification process for operators during their job specific on-the-job training phase
Oversee recertification training for existing employees & ensure compliance within guidelines
Develop and maintain training materials for use in the training program, including Curriculum, Lesson Plans, Videos and written/field certification knowledge tests
Work closely with site leadership on Transition Management for key roles to ensure effective knowledge & standard work transfer
Develop tools to measure training effectiveness and monitor KPI metrics impacted by training
Support Regulatory Agency compliance by working with HSE to develop and deliver required training & conduct internal audits (including but not limited to DOT, OSHA, PSM)
Work closely with the Training Coordinator to ensure training records & employee training matrices are maintained and available for site employees

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree a plus
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Some experience utilizing computer programs and word processing.
Some experience developing and delivering presentations to groups of people.
Some experience with employee interaction at all levels of the organization.
Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
