A Manufacturing Process Engineer job in Cincinnati, Oh is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for creating routers for tools and cost-effective routing through the shop, identifying ways of expediting where possible.. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor"s degree in Mechanical or manufacturing Engineering, and five to seven years of experience with large turning, multi-axis milling, fabrication and assembly operations and machine tool applications in a job shop environment. Manufacturing Process Engineer job Responsibilities

Review and respond to requests for quotes to improve overall quality, productivity and understanding of customer requirements.
Create routers for tools and cost-effective routing through the shop, identifying ways of expediting where possible.
Provide technical assistance to supervision and machinists with questions pertaining to the manufacturing process.
Identify fixturing and special tooling needs as required.

Qualifications

5-7 years experience with large turning, multi-axis milling, fabrication and assembly

operations and machine tool applications in a job shop environment.

Bachelor degree as well as related experience helpful. Weld engineering experience is a plus.
Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments with all levels.
Working knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
