Responsibilities New Product Introduction (NPI): You'll be in charge of setting up and managing the process for making new types of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This means you'll figure out how to produce them efficiently and solve any problems that come up during the initial production stages. Process Support and Improvement: Setting up and troubleshooting all standard printed circuit board assembly processes.
Constantly monitor processes and operations and draw from training and experience to identify opportunities for improvement. Analyzing Information, Reporting Research Results, Documentation Skills, and ability to settle process-related customer issues. Working knowledge of ISO practices and IPC Workmanship Standards required.
Qualifications Educational: A Degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience is preferred but not required. Strong Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Background preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5years of Printed Circuit Board Assembly & manufacturing experience. Technical Knowledge: Strong Process Development skills and experience are required.
Experience with setting up and troubleshooting all standard printed circuit board assembly processes. Experience with screen-printer set-up, placement programming, AOI programming, reflow oven profile, wave solder recipes, etc. Experience in SMT/Through Hole circuit board assembly.
