Manufacturing Plant Manager

Multiple Site Plant Manager opportunity with a global manufacturer to be onsite in Northern Pennsylvania outside of Scranton, PA. Plant Manager will: lead a team of 150-200 in PA (onsite) and 90 in OH (occasional) support Value Stream improvement initiatives lead Kaizens and improvement initiatives with the Continuous Improvement lead drive an ERP system deployment manage a full P&L have responsibility for Production, Quality, EHS, Purchasing, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain and ERP $180-200k plus 30% bonus and full benefits We are seeking a hands-on leader with: a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business Management Experience in managing Engineering, Production and Technical departments Experience with Materials: glass, metals, casting or refractory would be advantageous Has lead a strong EHS culture Strong track record of hands-on, on-the-floor leadership Experience in change management Held responsibility for deploying Lean methodologies, leading continuous improvement projects Experience managing full P&L, to deliver profitable sales revenue to a committed budget Experience driving an ERP system deployment Building client relationships Managing Sales, Engineering, Quality to ensure new product development matches Operational capability
