Responsibilities

Implements fabrication, assembly, or installation manufacturing plans bycoordinating with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.Knowledge to develop tooling, interchangeability, replacement, andfunctional test plans. Using the established manufacturing process flow,defines sequences of events, develops text and graphics workinstructions, manufacturing datasets, tooling requirements, andmanufacturing bills of material. Communicates with engineering teams toinfluence and clarify design concepts. Coordinates change incorporation,optimizes processes, addresses producibility issues, production &postproduction problems. Has the ability to demonstrate configurationcontrol of the hardware, within the manufacturing build plan. Abilityto apply process knowledge in one or more of the following areas;Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet metal,Systems and Structures

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing or customer service.

  • Position requires supprort of West Coast Customers. This Second Shift Position would start between 10am-1p

  • May work some weekends. Potential rotating schedule.

  • Customer Service - working customers such as Boeing, Airbus, Rolls Royce.

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

  • SAP knowledge

  • Spare part experience preferred but not required

  • Able to participate in customer calls to relay status and answer technical questions

  • Ability to support the development of part kits required for OEM repairs.

  • Ability to work with Production Scheduling for AOG requirements
