What Will Be Your Environment:

Strategically located in the heart of Southern California's medical device industry, the 53,000 square-foot facility is equipped with test laboratories for device testing and benchmarking, prototyping and development, and clean rooms for volume production with around 120 employees.

What You'll Do:

As a Manufacturing Operator Level II, you will provide support to the secondary operations, processing tubing after extrusion, a variety of inspections, including cutting, packaging, and making product available to ship to the customers. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.

What We're Looking For:

  • Trained in all safety procedures

  • Able to complete all required documentation

  • Documenting of work completed

  • Material identification, comprehension, and management

  • Basic math skills

  • Comprehension of customer's drawings/company work orders

  • General quality standards/awareness

  • Fractional and Metric conversions

  • Good quality standards/awareness

  • Moderate math skills

  • Excellent quality standards/awareness (minimal rejections)

  • Moderate supervision required

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing - GDPs

  • Performs other required duties as needed in addition to the essential duties and responsibilities described above

  • Inspection using guidewires/mandrels.

  • Proper use of Microscope

  • Proper use and care of pin gages/snap gages

  • Laser Mike set-up

  • Inspect 100% standard tubing (shafts, etc.)

  • Cut thin wall product

  • Cutting standard tubing

  • Setting up and running Accu-Cutter

  • Preparing packages for shipment (inner and outer bags)

  • Manual bag sealer w/heating element

Skills That Make a Difference:

  • Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or any combination of education or equivalent.

  • Ability to interpret drawings.

  • Ability to follow precise directions.

  • Ability to receive and provide instructions in a positive manner.

  • Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals.
