About the Position:
PDM Supply Chain PM/Analyst position will be part of the Agile PDM group and will focus on New Product Introduction (NPI), Product lifecycle management, Component engineering and Value Engineering processes. The resource should have deep expertise in Agile PC and PCM modules and should be able to drive business requirements gathering, BRD documentation, business process analysis, Agile system configuration, Reporting and analytics, automation working with IT, production support and end user training. The analyst should also have good project management skills and is accountable for planning, directing, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on activities related to the Operations portfolio projects, from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage.
Conduct analysis, functional design, functional testing, and implementation of Agile PDM application capabilities with major focus on Product Teamwork and Product Cost Management modules. Provides automated solutions that are cost effective and that meet user requirements. Configure systems setting and options as required. Employs professional concepts and selects efficient and appropriate problem-solving methods and techniques. Responsible for obtaining solutions to complex information systems problem that may directly impact the Company's general business operations
The Agile PDM Analyst must be able to build successful relationships across multiple businesses and IT processes Works with colleagues and users to investigate operational requirements and problems, contributing to improvements in automated components of new or changed processes/procedures, organization and equipment.
Duties will include reviewing, analyzing and improving business processes both locally and globally, translating user requirements into IT deliverables and participating in Agile upgrade projects to keep Juniper abreast with the latest product upgrades and implement new functionality
The candidate should have knowledge of NPI, component engineering, sourcing and value engineering functions.
Ensures functional quality of delivered application capabilities.
Works with colleagues and users in specifying information flows, processes/procedures and data objects that will meet the business requirements
Documents work using the required standards, methods and tools.
Uses analysis skills to immediately problem solve and perform root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurrence.
Takes part in user meetings and assists in presenting issues and solutions both orally and in writing.
Assists colleagues and users in defining acceptance tests for automated systems.
May lead resolution teams to address business or systems issues.
May run small projects.
BS in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent preferred.
5-10 years' experience with focus on supply chain business processes/tools specifically on NPI, Product lifecycle management, commodity management, value engineering and component engineering.
5-10 years of experience with Agile PDM application with Functional knowledge of Agile modules including Product Collaboration and Product Cost Management modules .
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work on assignments independently and in a team setting.
Must be self driven, self managed, highly motivated and have a strong drive for results
Knowledge of sourcing and value engineering functions is a plus.
Tableau skills is a plus.
Must be willing and able to deal with a certain level of ambiguity
Work Authorization is required for the country in which the job resides.
