Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead operational excellence at our Wisconsin manufacturing site. This pivotal role ensures the production of chemical products aligns with the highest standards of environmental, safety, and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the overall operational strategy, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental laws.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development efforts to meet long-term business and personal career goals.
• Maintain control over inventories of raw materials and finished products to optimize process efficiencies.
• Implement and enforce company policies, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and champion productivity projects that reduce costs and variability.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry.
• At least 8 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed a manufacturing site.
• Expertise in environmental, health, and safety standards, including OSHA, EPA, and PSM.
• Proficient in technical writing, analytical problem-solving, project management, and production optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proven track record in team building and employee development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Maintenance Modules, and Mechanical Integrity is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO-9000 is an advantage but not essential.
