The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a F-15 Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, MO.

The Bombers and Fighters (B&F) group has an opening as a Manufacturing Manager on the F-15 Program in St. Louis, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of employees on the production line.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.

  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

  • Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

  • Oversight and Ownership to Zero injury and First Time Quality culture

  • Manage, inspire, develop and motivate employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S.

Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
  • 3+ years of experience working with or supporting military/commercial aircraft.
  • 3+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Previous experience with F-15 platforms

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work

experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: USD $96,900 - 131,100
