High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. An Associate's Degree or certification in assigned area preferred.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

We currently have a need for a Manufacturing Lead Associate supporting our manufacturing facility in Colorado Springs, CO.


  • Leads nonexempt employees involved in production, assembly, subassembly or fabrication operations

  • Manages the day-to-day workflow of subordinate nonexempt workers

  • Reviews production schedules, material, and manpower resources for adequacy

  • Informs assigned employees of production and material problems and coordinates with support groups to resolve problems affecting schedules

  • Drives cross-functional problem solving with project team and Quality personnel to meet objectives

  • Handles unexpected demands and adapts efforts to new situations

  • Champions for change and acts to support change when directed from management

The lead also ensures inspections of products and corrective actions are taken when necessary. In this role you will * Assists in scheduling and coordinating work, delegating tasks, and resolving issues * Oversees the verification of the work order, part number, batch numbers and the case quantity to the work order and the packaging specifications * Provides employee training, coaching and recognition and holds self and others accountable to Company policies and procedures; assists or directly addresses performance issues with employees * Provides input on employee performance and other performance assessments * Leads and ensures accurate and timely completion of all required documentation (i.e. Production Reports, Rack Tickets, Labels, Component Sheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions, etc.) * Oversees and maintains accurate attribute/variable charts of rejected materials * Leads and completes variable charts on manufacturing processes and count of good product as required * Partners cross functionally to process deviations and quality notifications according to established processes * Ensures highest possible product quality and promotes adherence to the quality system, ISO and/or other standards * Promotes and implements use of continuous improvement tools to eliminate non-value activities * Participates actively in continuous improvement activities such as 6s, Kaizen events, etc. * Serves as a resource and communicates key and detailed messages to employees * Promotes effective communication between employees during and at shift changes * Assists with and conducts shift and other meetings * Maintains and promotes a clean and safe work area * Promotes, follows and holds others accountable to safety policies, procedures and programs * Responds to safety concerns; investigates and resolves potential hazards * Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals Traits we believe make a strong candidate * High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum five years manufacturing experience preferred * Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills and ability to hold others accountable to effective performance Your success will be measured by * Demonstrates and ensures employee accountability to PACE values and PACE Path * Demonstrates and promotes the capability and willingness to adapt to new, different and changing requirements and assignments * People and Teamwork * Accountability, Trust and Integrity * Creativity and Innovation * Dedication to Excellence What we offer: Our total rewards package goes above and beyond just a paycheck.
