Mandatory Skills:

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System and/or Level 2 Systems
  • 2. Experience working on with Manufacturing plants and MES implementations
  • 3. Knowledge of MES interfaces with Level 2 (PLC, SCADA etc..) and Level 4 (ERP..)
  • 4. Knowledge back ground on ISA 95 Standards and plant automations
  • 5. Ready to travel onsite for site deployments and facilitation
  • Implement MES solution to Manufacturing Plants
  • Visit site, conduct workshop with plant users to understand As-IS process
  • Gather requirements, Map value chain & document the proposed future state
  • Capture business process maps and document (activity diagrams & Usecases)
  • Perform Fit gap analysis, Multisite compare to derive unified core workflow
  • Configure the system and assist in data loading and testing activities
  • Complete installation and Master data setup as required
  • Assist Site Acceptance Testing and user training
  • Collaborate with various teams to facilitate site deployment activities
  • Serve as the liaison between the plant, business and the Integrator teams
  • Implement Savigent, Uniwin, Bartender, PI, PQDB, and other MES components
  • Onsite and/or remote hyper care support
  • Create Training, Site questionnaire, help, checklists, job aid documentation etc

VIEW JOBS 3/29/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-27T00:00 Position Purpose & Summary Responsible for the day to day administration of health and welfare plans offered to U.S. employees, and COBRA participants. Functions as a liaison between health and welfare vendors, Cargill's Total Rewards COE, Human Resource partners and other internal departments. Provides subject matter consultation to our partners in Cargill Business Solutions. Performs audits and applies controls to processes ensuring quality of service to employees for health and welfare plans. Assists with implementation of new benefit offerings with third party benefits administrators. Participates in health and welfare operations projects that relate to areas of responsibility and enables policy and program changes to be tested and migrated through delivery. Handles complex escalations concerning the administration of employee H&W plans that require in-depth knowledge of compliance as it relates to regulatory requirements aligned to the US as well as union contract plans. Assists with recommendations and rationale for Cargill's approach on complex benefits issues and escalations. Possesses an understanding of technical requirements needed to support end to end quality service outcomes for employees in the benefits area. This includes providing employee information to vendors that facilitate benefits administration, through enrollment and payroll deductions for coverages. Prepares reports and metrics as needed for management. Manages all areas of responsibility for complex Health and Welfare administration/operations issues under general supervision. Principal Accountabilities 60% Oversee and Execute HR Operations Strategies, Policies and Programs, and Processes: * Draw upon in depth HR Operations/Health and Welfare Administration and general understanding of the business environment, requirements, strategies to perform the day-to-day administration and support of Health and Welfare Benefit Plans. * Partner with Health and Welfare Sr Consultant, Sr Health & Welfare Analysts and others to support complex projects such as: acquisitions, divestitures, union contract changes, implementation of new plans, and/or changes to existing plans - according to processes with vendors and internal areas to ensure project success. Utilize full HR Services/Operations knowledge to ensure all operational aspects of the project are successful. * Act as Health & Welfare SME to guide projects/operations within the design and execution of the HR Services/Operations governance framework. * Proactively look at processes and procedures to identify issues and ensure compliance. * Participate and executes cyclical processes, including testing configuration and plan design, payroll validation, and vendor websites, providing content for communication materials and communicating changes to other health and welfare vendors. * Work with IT/Vendor resources on system fixes for identified issues/system enhancements. Provide examples, help troubleshoot issues, test fixes, and communication to impacted teams. 20% Relationship Management: * Utilize general HR Operations/Health and Welfare Administration knowledge to provide consult/advice to HR and business manager/supervisors on Health and Welfare issues/activities. Activities include: o Research issues o Educate participants and management on benefits policies and procedures, including annual changes o Resolve complex employee and management request and complaints * Provide complex Health and Welfare consultations and research as requested by the business/Legal with in depth compliance knowledge in areas of responsibility. * Build strong relationship with vendors to ensure swift resolution to questions/issues/concerns. * Work with vendors to approve and test changes and confirm there is not any unintended impact to the services. 15% HR Operations Governance and Compliance: * Perform activities to ensure the consistent application of HR Services/Operations philosophy and standards, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements, working with legal counsel as appropriate. * Perform audits to identify data issues, research issue to understand root cause in order to maintain data integrity * Oversee employee, employer calculations to ensure accuracy and benefits are administered in accordance with plans/programs and are compliant with regulations. * Provide reporting to ensure we are compliant with regulatory audits and reporting. 5% Interface support: * This position supports the interfaces sent to and from Health and Welfare vendor-partners. Responsibilities include: o Detailed knowledge of how the interfaces works and data that is sent. o Troubleshooting issues o Understanding and communicating downstream impacts Minimum Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or minimum 6 years of experience in a benefits role * 3 years of professional experience in retirement and/or Health & Welfare benefit administration * Working knowledge of Health and Welfare administration, regulatory and compliance rules and laws * Proven process focused analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand complex functional and technology requirements * Demonstrated ability to identify and successfully implement process, policies and procedures * Strong customer relationship building, team leadership and collaboration skills * Ability to effectively communicate with employees, managers and business leaders at all levels of the organization * Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully manage competing priorities * Continuous improvement experience Preferred Qualifications * Experience with automated benefits administration application or system related experience * CEBS or CBP certification * Experience in HR service delivery organization * Vendor management experience * Experience in highly matrixed complex work environment If selected for an interview you will be required to submit your past two performance reviews.
