Key Activities

SWEP Manufacturing Engineering Manager will manage engineering, facilities and tooling function of the facility, while supporting the long-term strategic planning and cost reduction efforts through development of engineering project pipeline and capital spending plan. Manager leads transfer of new products into the facility and coordinates between multiple functions including design, product management, purchasing and production.

Plans, schedules and executes engineering deliverables for multiple projects. Reviews operational procedures to ensure compliance with applicable policies and performance measures. Develops and lead standardization and process control efforts.

Your education and experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline OR 15+ years related work experience in lieu of degree with Associates/Technical Degree in related discipline 10 years' experience in MNC manufacturing or related 3 years supervisory/managerial position in manufacturing Advanced Microsoft Office software knowledge Your background and skills You enjoy working in an international environment Proactive, positive, and target-oriented team player and strong customer-oriented Self-motivated, independent thinker and results driven Strong networker with good interpersonal skills, change management and the ability to cooperate and communicate with many different layers and cultures Six Sigma and/or Lean experience preferred 10% travel, domestic and international
