Manufacturing Engineer

Job Requirements1. Developing, configuring and optimizing manufacturing processes in order to improve production rates, efficiency, quality of output, while reducing cost, and improving sustainability.2. Assess process performance through data collection and metrics trending interpretation.3. Create / Revise process documentation and operating instructions (SOPs).4. Perform Non-conformance / CAPAs / Complaints Investigations.5. Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned projects.6. Experience understanding pneumatic/electrical drawings.7. Analytical and problem solving: must be able to identify solutions to problems within scope of responsibility and implement corrective action.8. Able to effectively work, communicate (written and oral) and collaborate with peers and other business areas.9. Computer knowledge of various applications- to include Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Minitab Statistical software, Autocad.10. Effective Prioritization, Planning and Time Management: Must be able to organize and plan workload on several projects concurrently to meet deadlines.Education & Experience:1. ‎Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or another Engineering field.2. Lean/Six Sigma concepts training & application (certification preferred).3.
