Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare, coordinate battery manufacturing equipment to support new model launches. The team frequently interacts with the plant side engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, process inspection and quality teams, as well as the building side construction environmental and facilities department. Typical day to day tasks including; managing and updating project schedules, coordinating with machine supervisors, leading the installation and trial activity of new battery equipment Other engineers in the department, project planning groups, general contractors, Japanese machine vendors, environmental, logistics. Requirements: Qualifications: Experience installing equipment/construction Experience in manufacturing startups Excellent and respectful communication skills within their peer group and with all external groups A strong technical engineering mindset
