Job Description Job Description Description: Manufacturing Engineer Job Description Tangent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the cost, quality, and manufacturability of new and existing product lines. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be leading the initiative to ensure the successful and efficient production of our core products. Roles and Responsibilities: • Work closely with the New Product Development team to transition approved designs into mass manufacturing in Fab and Assembly. • Collaborate with manufacturing, tooling, and maintenance teams in Extrusion to ensure low cost, high-quality production is continuously at the forefront. • Refine and scale the manufacturing process for our current and new products. • Study production and machine requirements to identify areas for improvement. • Develop and test effective automated and manual systems to optimize production processes. • Design and install new equipment and systems to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including extrusion, fabrication, and assembly. • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. • Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
